Our award winning custom design process is tailored to meet your specific needs. We work with you every step of the way, from start to finish. Let's take a look at how our process works.

• We mutually design your custom creation using Gem Vision’s computer generated design technique
• The design is viewed in scale
• Once you approve the design, we create a wax model according to your preferences
• The final product may be created in gold or platinum.

Repair

We provide onsite same day jewelry and watch repair. Our master goldsmith, Javier Ambriz, has over 25 years of repair and design experience. Our repair staff is able to repair anything- well almost. We work in any metal; platinum, gold, silver, or a combination. Whether you need a new clasp on a bracelet, a ring sized, or a diamond set, we do it best.
